* All washes are performed as rinseless/waterless washes that are safe on paint as well as helping the environment stay clean by not having all the chemicals go to nature and/or left on the ground.

 

** Vacuum is designed to take off dirt on your car's carpet. Any pet hair and excessive dirt will only be removed upon request with extra charges.

If those excess dirt and pet hairs can be removed with our standard service, there will not be any extra charges.

This applies to upholstery wipe down as well where seat and upholstery stains that cannot be removed from our standard service will only be removed upon request with extra charges.

 

*** Some heavy detects such as very deep scratches will not be removed. Each paint responds differently even if they are from the same brand and have the same color. You will be signing a waiver to extremely heavy defect removal to ensure TKDETAILS do not hold responsible for paint damage that occurs when that defect removal is performed against our advisory.

 

All estimated times are estimates and not a guarantee. Estimated times are subject to change depending on a vehicle's size and condition.

 

Quotes are an approximation of charges to you for the services requested. They are based on the anticipated details of the work to be done. It is possible for unexpected complications to cause some deviation from the original quote. You hereby authorize the services set forth to be performed along with the necessary material. You agree TKDETAILS will not be held responsible for loss or damages to the vehicle or articles left within the vehicle in case of fire, theft, or any other cause beyond our control. You agree you will not hold TKDETAILS  accountable for any delays that may occur out of our control. An express mechanic's lien is hereby acknowledged on the vehicle to secure the amount of the service.

 

$100 non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of making an appointment for all services excluding Decontamination Wash and Maintenance Wash to secure a spot. Failure to make a deposit will not grant you an appointment. Decontamination Wash and Maintenance Wash will require 50% of the service cost to ensure an appointment.

 

TKDETAILS understands that certain events can cause you to miss your appointment due to weather conditions or a personal emergency. In the event of a missed appointment due to these specific conditions, you will be given a one-time 14 day grace period to reschedule. A cancellation, no call, or no show will result in forfeiting your deposit.

 

All durability claims on 2+years and 4+years ceramic coatings will only be warrantied if your vehicle is well maintained by you as instructed and goes through annual maintenance detail. TKDETAILS reserves the right to void warranty claims if there are signs of abuse, neglect, and/or damages.

 

A thorough inspection and a walk-through will be performed prior to and after the washing process has been performed on your vehicle. All visible damages will be documented and photographed before and after signing the service order. It can be difficult to notice any pre-existing damages on your vehicle during the initial inspection. These damages include but are not limited to, swirl marks, door dings, fine lines, scratches, nicks, paint chips, oxidization, and other paint imperfections and damages and they may be present without the owner's knowledge. TKDETAILS will not be held responsible for any pre-existing damages and imperfections regardless of if the damages are known to you or not.

 

All personal belongings should be removed from your vehicle prior to the service. TKDETAILS will not be held responsible for any damages or loss of your personal belongings.

 

Pictures and videos of your vehicles will be taken and posted on the website and different social media platforms. You approve TKDETAILS to use pictures and videos of your car at no cost.
